HYDRO BLASTING & CLEANING
We can clean and scale foreign deposits with high-pressure water of up to 40,000 PSI (2,760 bar).
To handle a range of scenarios and problems, we own a wide selection of hydro jetting equipment to customised nozzles, machines, and pressures to achieve optimal results. We also have fully automated solutions such as the shell side bundle blaster and rotating cleaning system. Hydro jetting offers a powerful solution for external cleaning of heat exchangers, tube bundles and air fin coolers.

ULTRASONIC CLEANING
The difficulties of cleaning a fouled heat exchanger present a significant challenge to the maintenance and operation team. With internal contamination heat exchangers cannot usually be cleaned using normal methods (blasting, brushing, etc). But the combination of chemical, heat, agitation, and ultrasonic power has proved an excellent way in removing industrial scale, calcium deposits, rust and carbonised oils from the tubes and other cavities within heat exchangers. Submersion in an ultrasonic cleaner with the appropriate chemical restores heat exchangers to optimal performance with no damage.
